Is Natural Capital the New Infrastructure?

Natural capital contributes an estimated 4-5% of global GDP, yet accounts for less than 0.2% of institutional capital allocations. That mismatch is at the heart of a question more investment committees are now asking: should natural capital sit within infrastructure or real estate allocations, or does it deserve a standalone place in the portfolio?
